Netzarim Soundz is accountable
to the "Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998". The text

This means that we do not collect information from any person under
the age of 13. Please do not submit any information if you are under
the age of 13. You may ask your care-taker to participate so that
you may join in any Netzarim Soundz events that may require
detailed communication. For the most part, the Internet is not a completely secure medium. Netzarim Soundz will do its part in protecting your privacy by not transferring your email addresses to outside parties. There will be no email address sales. Any other information you submit will be kept private, unless you are asked directly for permission to reveal any part of a communication. Netzarim Soundz is not a business, however every effort will be made to prevent your information from being accessed by third-parties. Netzarim Soundz can not be responsible for any malicious attacks by third-parties, but it is always important to protect yourself no matter where you are online. For example, do not make simple passwords. Avoid using words found in the dictionary (the bad guys have a system known as a "dictionary attack" which can find your password). There are many more ways to protect yourself while online, they are worth researching. You will not be asked for any passwords, and this is not a "login" type Website. NEVER send any extremely sensitive information to ANYONE claiming to be from Netzarim Soundz. While we may ask for an address to ship a CD or a T-shirt, we will NEVER ask you for bank account numbers, social security numbers, or other very private information. If anyone CLAIMING to be a part of this project does ask, do not send it. There may be other precautions to protect your privacy that are taken from time to time, this is not an exhaustive statement! |
